HubSim processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only what is required to operate the service: account identity (name, email), authentication data (salted password hashes — never plaintext), usage records (credit ledger, instance lifecycle events) and technical logs (truncated IP hashes, user-agent strings) kept for security purposes.

Cloud phone instances run in isolated containers with storage encrypted at rest (AES-256). Streaming sessions are encrypted in transit (TLS, SRTP/DTLS). Data is hosted in the European Union.

Affiliate outbound clicks are logged pseudonymously (click identifier, country, truncated IP hash) to attribute partner commissions. Partners never receive your HubSim account data.

You may request access, rectification, portability or erasure of your data at any time. On account closure, instances and personal data are retained for 30 days (recovery window) and then securely and permanently deleted.
